Residents of Isoko Community, Eti-Osa, Lagos, allege unlawful demolition of homes and businesses. They call for presidential investigation, restitution, and protection of property rights amid claims of government-linked involvement.

Tension has risen in Oworonshoki, Lagos, following the demolition of more than 70 houses at Ajileru, Ososa Extension, and Toluwalase Streets an action that occurred despite an active court injunction restraining the state government from proceeding with demolitions in the area.

The Lagos State Government has issued a two-week ultimatum to developers and occupants of unapproved structures within the Trade Fair Complex, Ojo, directing them to regularise their buildings with the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development.
