Free Distribution Begins in Six Locations
According to the refinery, the first phase of the programme covers the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja) and five states, with plans to expand the free delivery network to additional parts of the country as logistics operations scale up. Under the arrangement, independent marketers purchasing directly from the refinery will receive petrol delivered at no additional transportation cost.
